We provide a 24 month headramp and trailer structural warranty on all of our equipment and a 12 month warranty on our hydraulic cylinders. You will receive the manufacturers’ warranties on the quality parts we use.

How should I start a warranty claim?

Contact LOHR’s Quality Department at (678) 675-5743 or email info@lohr.us. We will begin the claim process immediately to minimize your downtime.

What is covered under my warranty?

With a new purchase, LOHR offers a 24 month structural warranty, 5 year Axle warranty, 5 year paint warranty and a 12 month warranty on all of the following: Hydraulic cylinders, Truck Lite items and Air lines.

Does LOHR offer equipment training?

With a direct purchase from LOHR or any of our Dealers, we offer on and/or off-site training.

Can I schedule a tour of the facility?
